Flex Energy is an emerging start-up on a mission to provide customers with flexible energy solutions that allow them to take control back from their power companies. Our goal is to build strong relationships and educate customers about clean, cost-efficient solar energy.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure the satisfaction of our customers by following up with them at the end of their solar installation. You are responsible to develop relationships with each customer to ensure expectations have been met and that there is a platform for continual expansion opportunities. You will also provide customer education and solutions where needed.
- Creating, optimizing, and evolving retention strategies
- Assist in the daily operations to improve timelines, ensure the delivery of excellent results, and achieve goals.
- Exceed the customer’s expectations of what a service experience should be. We expect you to go above and beyond for our customers.
- Monitor customers’ solar systems and report any system issues to appropriate team members.
- Offer consistent communication and timely resolutions regarding customer issues.
- Build strong relationships with customers and team members
- Navigate CRM, data entry, and set up Applications.
- 1 year of customer service (required)
- 1 year of solar (preferred)
- 1 year of data entry (preferred)
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Bilingual (preferred)
- Self-driven, motivated and results oriented
